Community Support

Accents Salon & Spa, our employees, and families, proudly support our community in appreciation for their many years of continued support of us. We receive many requests for donations daily, and can only support a specific amount of requests appropriately. As with all things in life, some rules are required to be considered eligible for our Community Support Program. 

To be considered for our Community Support Program, these requirements must be met:

  • Our Community Support and Corporate Giving Program is for non-profit organizations only. The organization must have a current, valid 501 (c)(3) tax exemption status, as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. 

  • The non-profit organization must be located within Chagrin Fall, Bainbridge, Aurora, Chesterland, Chardon, Moreland Hills, or Orange.

  • The event relating to the donation must take place within the communities listed above. 

  • All donation requests must be made at least 30 days before the event.

All donation requests must be submitted in writing on an official letterhead. The document must contain the following information:

  • Organization name and full address (no PO boxes)

  • Proof of 501 (c)(3) tax exemption status

  • Contact person name, phone number, and email address

  • Event time and location

  • Explanation of how the donation will be used

  • Deadline- donation needed by date

  • The reason the donation is needed

  • Any additional information that might be helpful in the decision-making process.

Please note that if your request does meet the above requirements, it does not guarantee our participation. 

It does allow your request to be reviewed. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Previous participation does not guarantee we will participate in the future.

Listed below are donation exclusions:

  • Individuals and families

  • Travel costs for groups or individuals

  • Political campaigns or organizations
