  • We are located inside a building called The Gallery. Also in our building is Tame Rabbit Coffee and The Village Martini Bar. Next to our building is Snap Fitness. Parking is located in the front of the building, additional parking is located in the rear of the building, please enter through the side or front entrance. You will see our salon at the end of the brick walkway underneath the beautiful atrium.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Your appointments are very important to Accents, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In an effort to protect appointment times for all of our guests please note that a 50% charge of your scheduled services may apply when we receive less than 24 hours notice of your cancellation.

    Redo Policy

    We take pride in, stand by, and guarantee our work at Accents Salon and Spa. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Client redo will only be honored if Accents is contacted within 7 days of the original service. Redo scheduling is done and provided by your original technician. If you do not wish to see your original technician, scheduling approval is under the discretion of management/owner. A complimentary redo must be performed within 14 days of original service. Full-service price applies after the two-week scheduling period. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested. Please note: In the event that you had your hair or service done at another salon we are no longer able to adjust services. No refund of money is given for services.

    Retail Product Policy

    At Accents Salon & Spa, we stand behind every product we recommend and want you to love everything you take home.

    Haircare, Skincare & Aveda Products

    • Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase

    • Products must be gently used (no more than 25–30% used) or unused

    • A valid receipt is required

    Refund Method:

    • Original form of payment (within 14 days)

    • Store credit (after 14 days)

    Makeup (Jane Iredale)

    • Returns or exchanges accepted within 15 days of purchase

    • Products must be lightly used only

    • Due to hygiene standards, excessively used makeup cannot be returned

    Refund Method:

    • Original form of payment (within 7 days)

    • Store credit (after 7 days)

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Brushes, tools, and applicators

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Gift cards

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If something isn’t right:

    • Please notify us within 7 days of purchase

    • We will gladly replace the item
